We bring our expertise to source the best of the off- market aviation engines and aircrafts to the Lessors and Airlines delivering in seamless transactions, transparent processes, and competitive pricing. We focus on engines and aircrafts which redefine the aviation industry by way of competitive pricing matched with proper certification and fitness.

ENGINES
The majority of our engines are either freshly overhauled or properly preserved in accordance with OEM and regulatory standards. Through long-standing partnerships with reputable MRO providers, we are granted priority access to engine availability, allowing us to introduce high-quality assets into the dynamic engine market at highly competitive rates.

AIRCRAFTS
Aircraft - whether Boeing or Airbus, are currently in extremely limited supply worldwide. Most major lessors have their fleets fully placed, and even redelivery aircraft are pre-committed under lease agreements with other airlines. With new aircraft deliveries from both Airbus and Boeing staggered over extended timelines, access to available aircraft is highly constrained. In this challenging environment, we are uniquely positioned to offer aircraft for sale or lease through our established network and industry partnerships.

CRITICAL AIRCRAFT PARTS/COMPONENTS
Availability of critical certified aviation spares from reliable and approved sources at the right time can significantly reduce potential revenue loss for airlines.
We operate as spares aggregators, maintaining strong arrangements with some of the world’s leading teardown companies and MROs. This enables us to offer quick access to high-quality, traceable components that meet global certification standards.
Given the nature of the spares business - where cost efficiency and reliability are paramount - we prefer to work on a minimal sourcing fee model, typically ranging between 5% to 8%, depending on the scale and complexity of the requirement.
It is this transparency, efficiency, and commitment to reliability that has helped position Surewings as a trusted partner for airlines and maintenance organizations worldwide.

Aviation Financing Solutions
In the aviation industry, access to asset financing on favorable terms often determines the difference between profitability and loss.
While Surewings is not a financial institution, over the years we have built strong global relationships with banks and specialized lenders willing to take calculated risks following comprehensive due diligence. Our financial team is well-equipped to develop viable, profit-oriented models that enable such institutions to evaluate and extend tailored financing solutions to emerging airlines and lessors.

Our Process

Acquisition Proposal
We propose the aviation asset to you based on your
requirement, we inform you at the time of making an
offer whether it is off-market or in market.

Compliance Verification
If you accept our initial proposal based on your
acquisition plan, then we send you a KYC for
signatures.

Technical Evaluation
Once KYC is signed, we send you the technical
document for evaluation.

Response Timeline
We expect that as a professional organization you
will get back to us on the technical document that we
sent within 3 to 4 working days of either expressing
your interest or rejecting your interest.

Intent Formalization
In case if you express your interest, then you will issue a signed copy of an LOI sent by us to you, where no changes will be accepted unless they appear genuine concern.

Escrow Deposit
The LOI once signed by both the parties will be
followed by a 10% deposit of the value of the engine in
a mutually agreed escrow company.

Contract Review
The Buyer shall be sent a Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA) to start evaluating legally.

Asset Inspection
Once the 10% is deposited, the Buyer can undertake a
360deg evaluation of the asset and undertake tests and
inspection. Some tests may need external agencies
which the buyer will have to take the cost unless agreed
mutually before.
